The Crystal Springs Rhododendron Gardens has limited on-site parking.
However, parking at the adjacent Reed College is free and no permit is required. Please see the below map for lot locations.
There are three parking lots on campus:
• The east lot, accessed from Woodstock Boulevard just east of the main entrance
• The west lot, along 28th Avenue; and
• The north lot, along Steele Street.
All lots are within walking distance of the Gardens and walking paths through the Reed Campus are the most direct route.
WaterWatch encourages those who can do so to walk, bicycle, rideshare or use the Tri-Met bus or light rail system to travel to and from campus.
Tri-Met information is available free by calling 503-238-RIDE. Those who drive are encouraged to use the campus parking lots and not park in the neighborhoods off campus. The closest Trimet bus stops are 6400 (Westbound Bus 19) and 7286 (Eastbound Bus 19). Bus route 19 is easily accessible from the Trimet light rail Orange Line.
Crystal Springs has ample bike parking on site and both SE 28th Avenue and SE Woodstock Ave have dedicated bike lanes. Please use the designated bike rack on-site for bicycle parking.
****If you or someone in your party has mobility limitations, please reach out to us. We will reserve spots in the on-site lot for those with mobility limitations. There is also a separate, ADA-accessible entrance closer to the event site for anyone who needs it. Please reach out to WaterWatch to coordinate access.
